Produced exclusively in the Monti Lattari area, in the province of Naples, with the use of at least 20% milk from Agerolese breed cattle.
It is characterized by a unique aroma and the presence of holes of variable diameter.
The maturation takes place exclusively in a natural cave and for no less than six months.
